Because my co-workers and I waited somewhat longer than expected it, we were able to get chocolate cake for free for each of us. Their services were great .

Great place to eat. I can fit my tractor in the parking lot. I wouldn't try with a trailer connected. I get my goods to go. I will try the delivery next time I'm at my terminal 2 miles away. The manager was very pleasant in conversation about being a truck driver and wanting to eat at this location.

Nice place for a quick burger and fries. First time here. We had great service. The gal brought us a complementary chocolate cake desert for free. She said it was because it took too long to get our order. We didn't think it was a long wait at all. Next time we go to Chicago we surely will visit this place again. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I would normally not give out a review for portillo's. Obviously their food is good and the people are nice. The guy Daniel in the drive-thru section had took my order. Was so nice. Took the time to see how my day was. I was having a bad day and he made up for it. What a great guy. Thanks Daniel.
